We aim to create your personalised illustration within 3-5 days from when your order has been placed. A preview will then be sent to your email. You can request unlimited revisions.
If you choose the Digital Download option, your artwork will be delivered to your email address as soon as you confirm your design.
If you purchase a physical print then delivery normally takes between 3-10 business days after you confirm your design. This is dependent on the order destination.
Please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if we have an unusually high volume of orders.
Shipping times will be extended if you request any revisions to your design.
Your custom artwork will be based on the photo you will send us. So selecting the right image is key.

A digital download means you will only receive a high quality digital file of your illustration which you either print yourself, use as a profile image for your social media or as a screensaver on your device. If you want the physical print, please select from the print sizes on our order page.
No, frames are sold separately. You can add them to your order at the top of this page. We offer frames in wood, white and black colours.

All illustrations are printed on a 200 gsm museum-quality, thick and long-lasting matte (uncoated) paper. Paper is responsibly sourced and FSC certified from sustainably managed forests.
As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your print arrived damaged.
